In Room 3 Today ...

- We worked on "Literacy Centres" and practiced our spelling and vocabulary words.   
 

- We read the next chapter of our novel "Third Grade Angels"  and answered the reading comprehension questions.

- In Math, we built towers with base ten blocks with 2 digit numbers to show the value of the number. Next, we will work on 3 and 4 digit numbers.

 
 



Ask me :What is the value of each base ten block?

Reminders:

- Please return  filled in language slips with the language spoken at home and how to say "welcome"  in that language. 

- Hot soup day  tomorrow .

- Spelling test on Thursday October 29th. 

- No School for students on Friday October 30th due to a PD day for teachers.
