Language Arts : During the week we have been learning about different types of "Poetry" and poetic devices e.g similes, metaphor and onomatopoeia. "Alliteration " is our next device. We wrote "Acrostic" poems using our names .Ask me to write a poem for you .
- Our "Metaphor " and "Similes" poems have turned out amazing along with our "Jim Dine" Heart Art.
-Spelling Test is on Friday March 6th. Keep practicing your spelling words.
- We also have done some writing on a picture prompt. It was interesting to see a variety of emotions around tests.
Math:- 
We have started our next unit " Data Representation and Organizing" In this unit we will learn to collect data in different ways and representing it using bar graphs, line graphs and picto graphs.We played a game of "rock, papers and scissors " to collect data using tally marks. Ask me to play the game with you and collect some data.

Loom Room :- We made our first cardboard looms today for our "Weaving Club".
